PNWLS Lily Symposium

Here are a few pictures I took at the symposium I attended this past Saturday. I'll start with the display table. Entries were a bit low this year; sometimes there are two or more tables filled.

There was the popular tissue culture demonstration.

These are great! Makes me want to find a lily show nearby (don't know of any yet) and to figure out how to get out of work to go to the big show in a couple of weeks (WI right?)

We could take tissue cultures of our choice. I took L. parvum var. hollidayi and Tinkerbell. I'll probably kill them:-( That's all for now. More when I can get back to it.

Our lilies are so far ahead this year. Our show is July 13, in conjunction with the Neepawa Lily Festival. Think the show will be mainly ORs and LAs. Think most asiatics will be finished.

Ariadne is one of my faves. It really stands out in the garden.
