We have a 25 year old, large plane tree. It has developed very yellow leaves. I have had it professionally treated for several
years. They are suppose to be adding iron chelate. I do not know what to do next to alleviate this condition. Any suggestions?
Sycamore tree
What's your soil pH? I don't know that the sycamore cares about pH, but if your soil's too alkaline then I don't think the iron is available to the plants so it could be that the tree isn't able to absorb the iron. Or the yellow leaves could be some other problem that iron won't fix...I'm sure one of the experts will be along shortly and know exactly what the problem is.
