The beetles really do numbers on my hardy hibiscus buds also. But when they open up they are sometimes pretty as a snowflake. LOL

Oh yes, that happened to one of my rose of sharons. I thought I had a new hybrid but instead it just got some chewing enough to make it look very fancy indeed. darn bugs :)
