Is this the right forum for glads?

I've got a weird glad. I'm trying to figure ut if this is the glad version of a faciated bloom. This red glad split at the bloom stalk just below the bottom bloom. Now the bottom 'stalk' is starting to grow longer as if it is making a second bloom stalk from the same stem. I've grown glads for many years, but have never seen one do this. Has anyone else ever seen anything like it? It is hard to get a good pic of it as it tends to get lost in the background. But, maybe if you look close, you can see the weirdness.
