This is the pot on the porch and this one is a little different with 7 spokes for the first bloom and a sort of tie dye affect with brushed lighter blue and darker outlines.

I also have a dozen or more labeled varieties planted all over my property that I will add to plant files once they show flowers.

One last picture.

I love these! They are thriving in the cheapest potting soil and I found some soil that seemed to have some clay in it and...well Not what I`d plant my other flowers in to be honest. I did mix in some but not a whole bunch of organic peat humus and cow manure. When they began to climb I gave them a tiny shot of 1/4 strength miracle grow (probably Not recommended but it seemed to get some rich green foilage and not too much fertilizer to suppress the flowers and it worked. Beginners luck? Maybe. :)

Yep, Fuji No Murasaki and I was proud to put this one on the plant files in Japanese Morning Glory 'Mt. Fuji Mix 'Ipomoea x imperialis after Ron helped me get the ID correct.

Thanks so much and thanks for the compliments.

My neighbors had the same reaction I did,"Wow!"

This web site is like therapy seeing all the beautiful pictures. I`m going to look around some more and probably will get some more pictures done when I get time later this weekend.
