Allison,hon,it was my fault.
We had a small cloud yesterday & I had to keep close to my girls-Phoebe & Cookie-they are afraid of thunder & stay right under my feet,I can't move,they are so glued to me. Time the storm was over,I forgot-I will play next time.It will be fun to keep up & see who wins the first game.

What am I missing. Someone please explain how this game works. I dmailed a "card" and then heard nothing till there was a winner. How is the winner selected. I am really confused.

OK. Serves me for being away from the forum for awhile.
I have been busy trying to revamp the house to make room for a friend of my son's who is moving in the end of summer. He is currently in foster care but turns 18 and gets kicked to the street on his birthday. He was held back a year when he went into foster care and will only be a senior in HS next year. I decided he's not going to become another "statistic" and will be coming here until he as least finished hight school and decides on a college. In order to make room, I have to switch some bedrooms around and the extra bedroom I currently use for my computer/crafts/AV's will have to be absorbed by other rooms. I'm taking the opportunity to give all the rooms a fresh coat of paint and we empty them and switch them. I don't anticipate seeing my living room for a few months as it will be the "staging area" while the switched are going on. I have a 3 bedroom split ranch house and will be giving the boys the 2 bedrooms on one side of the house which I currently use and taking the bedroom at the other end.
It will allow each of us a bit more privacy. Just with I had 2 bathrooms but it will work out.

After you sent in your card, you have to watch the Bingo thread to see which choices are called each day, and if all 15 of your choices are called, you post "BINGO!" on the thread. Some folks may do bonus calls, as Allison did, so the game may move along fairly quickly. The card holder does not keep track of which of your choices are called, you do that. The card holder is just responsible for veryifying your win if you post "Bingo!"

Sounds like you have plenty to occupy your attention until the next Bingo game is underway! My hat is off to you for opening your home to your son's friend. Juggling a household to make room for a new person is always a challenge, no matter how well everybody gets along LOL... I hope the transition goes smoothly for all of you! :-)

I'll have to be sure to "watch" the thread when it starts. I'm fostering some of my "noids" at my co-workers desks. Leaves more room here and they get to enjoy them and I get to make visitation rounds to take care of them. I work in "cubicle city" and the only time we see each other is on break or meetings. LOL

From what I understand, he's had a rough life and his foster mom has done a great job the past 4 years. Hopefully, a couple more years of nurturing will prove to him that there are good people in the world and not everyone is abusive.

That's good Jan. Did his Foster care Mom have no room for him ? I would have had him stay even if he was over 18 and I could not get funds for him anymore. Good thing your taking him in !

I understand there is some rule against keeping foster kids when they "age out". It may have to do with the total number of kids you are allowed to keep. I know she has other foster kids there as well.

You should post your beauty ! It will be awhile before mine is as beautiful as your Mom plant but I have a few great babies growing ! Thank you !
