Which 'glory should I grow on here?

Franklin, WI(Zone 5a)

This is a birdhouse I made several years ago. I have a hollowed out stump at the bottom (in back) to plant some seeds and cut some monkshood vine to "clothe" the post and birdhouse. I have oodles of types of MGs and can't make up my mind which color/tvariety to grow on here.

Any suggestions? (sorry for the not so great pic...was shooting into the morning sun)

Thanks!

Small flowered light blue or whitish MG:s. If it was mine I would not go for the bigflowered ones that would take away the BEAUTY of that birdhouse.

Heavenly blue gets my vote, would be gorgeous

Agreed on the color choices already suggested. Any vine would cover that structure up and quickly!

Just about any of them would be a knock out. But most will in up covering the bird house and pretty quick to. So maybe you could try Sydney, Chidori, Blue Denim or a pink or blue star that dosn't grow so long and rambley. I have used all of the above in baskets and they did really well. You can pinch them back and they will make off shoots and flower and flower....Course the more seed you put down the more vine you will have so maybe try just a few seed and see if that works good.

I think it would look nice with a white or pink cypress vine . . the small flowers and whispy foilage wouldn't over power the birdhouse .. .

just something else to consider . . .
