Shirley

Thanks guys :) SO don't I.
Shirley..do you know if pincushion is a mini?
I am looking forward to you telling us how to take care of these lovely plants. I just bought two begonia rex and I'm praying they don't die. I have no idea how to care for them.
Please share your insights.
Erm Laurie aka Begonia girl is probably more helpful then I.
All I know is they like humidity and not to be overly wet..>Sorta like AVS :) and that is why many people have both in their collections :)
Lorry,
It is considered a dwarf philo.
I thought you might like to know that the IAS (International Aroid Society) will hold their 2006 Show & Sale on September 16 & 17 from 9:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.at the Fairchild Tropical Botanical Garden in Miami.
Shirley

Yes, it is adorable. I have one that almost didn't make it through the winter, but is beginning to show some new growth. I was afraid the little fellow wouldn't pull through.
Shirley
It is the first time I had seen the dwarfs :) SO I had to snatch him up
Nanna, Lorry is correct. High humidity, allow to just start to dry out before you water again. Placing them on your wicking trays would be perfect for the extra humidity, or over a pebble tray. They tend to go dormant in the winter, so fear not. So long as you have firm rhizomes, your doing good. Avoid watering in the winter too much
