I tried to set up a new garden diary per the sticky above and got this error message...help??? Apparently I can't add a tab?

Database error: Invalid SQL: select count(*) from diary_watcher where tabid = and user != 'phuggins'
MySQL Error: 1064 (You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'and user != 'phuggins'' at line 1)
