Need area in San Diego to grow my vines, you interested?

I am a grower of passion vines and am willing to give some away but you should be a home owner, too many times a renter will move and my vines get pulled up. What do I want in return? Cuttings and/or fruits from these vines, but you get to enjoy the beautiful flowers. I have outgrown my yard. I have a special deal on a really rare on if you live right along the coast, but you must have a nice tree or something for it to climb along. Interested??? At least talk to me then.
