Allison, I got my Brome!!

These are the RUNNERS..from the cascade. I think this is sooo cool! She send these runners off and the pups grow from the ends of them! Like a spider plant

WOW once a week good set up Lorry ! how about the leaves, leaf pots and miniature plants ?

The leaves I have put up in seed trays. I usually water them 2 times a week :) and they seem to do fine with that..the minis I sorta check more often then that :)

I know my minatures in 2 and 2.25 and 2.50 pots need watering 2-3 times a week being smaller taking less but needing feeding more often. But I love the little ones !

Lorry the one you gave me grows right on my natural light stand with my African violets and gessies . Very Happy it is ! And still very colorful .

Wait a minute, Lorry, Christmas and Allison. I think there's some confusion here...or maybe it's just me.

I have the Crypt named 'IT' and I think Lorry just ordered one. I don't think Lorry could have hers yet, this company isn't that fast!!

I said when my 'IT' has a pup I'm going to send it along to Allison, that was a deal we had before 'IT' was purchased. There aren't any pups yet. When there are I'll share them freely w/ anyone who wants them! Just like Lorry is doing, she's such a good role model!

Maybe the name 'IT' caused the confusion, I don't know. Maybe I am the only one confused (seems to happen a lot, LOL!). I just don't want anyone being disappointed because they don't get something they want, that's all.

Lorry, if Christmas is wanting one of those you were planning on sending to me please see that she gets it instead. I'd like everyone to have one or some of these wonderful plants and enjoy them. You're being so generous to share them, Lorry! I can wait also, I've got plentttyyyyy to keep me busy in the meantime. =^)

Well both Lorry and I live in Florida. I have ordered from this company for couple years mostly just thousands of pots ! I can order on Friday and have my order by Monday or Wed. the very latest during busy seasons. Their shipping is so cheap mine comes Pirority being I live in Florida and shipping is less cost to them. I wish they would up their postage as they are losing money on many states.

Christmas, we'll make sure you get 'IT'. As soon as one of ours has pups we'll share w/ you. I just wanted to make sure there wasn't any confusion and you didn't end up hurt because of it, that's all.

Usually when Bromes pup they send off a bunch of pups. If my 'IT' pups first I'll send you one.

If Lorry's 'IT' pups first and she sends you one and you have a hard time w/ it and need another I'll send you another when mine pups.

They aren't that hard to care for, and can actually be ignored a bit...my kind of plant!! =^) I'm trying to gather some info on the Brome forum to put into stickys for reference on Brome care, id, etc. so we all have a place to go when we have questions or want to learn. So far no one has posted to the threads I've started, but I'm sure they will in a little time. =^)

I just wanted to post that I never got my order from these people. I have contacted them with no response so I filed a claim with paypal

I'm so sorry to hear that. They are bad at responding to e-mails. Please let us know how things work out...hopefully it will be quick and to your satisfaction! I'm still waiting for the rest of my pots, I didn't realize it had been almost a month since I had gotten the first part of my order. The only thing I can think of is that they are completely swamped...but they still need to respond to customer's questions about orders.

I'm thinking of calling about my pots. I'm pretty sure I saw a phone # somewhere on the site. This is such a shame because other than not responding and them taking a long time to get orders thru right now they seem great. Ali says they never took a long time w/ her orders, so this must be a new thing...maybe they are having some personal troubles in their family with someone sick or something. I hope they get things straightened out soon before they get a really bad reputation. =^(

Awww, you're so sweet! It's been busy around here. Lots of good gardening going on. I've also been helping to plan a plant swap for my little area that I'm very excited about. =^)

How has everyone else been?

The Crypt 'IT' has a tiny, tiny baby!! It flowered a little while ago, so I've been watching closely for babies and saw one recently. Now I'm just waiting for it to be big enough to remove. I moved all my Bromes outside just the other day, I'm sure they will enjoy it out there...for what's left of our summer. Our weather here has been very strange so far. It's July and we are just getting our Spring weather now. Sheesh. I don't know what this will mean for later this year, but it sure has put me behind in everything. I hear lots of other folks in my area saying the same thing.

How is Precious? Any new pics to share? I just love her pics!

I have STILL not gotten my order from them..So I escalated my claim to a complaint on paypal. Hopefully I will get my money back..which is all I want at this point :(

Lorry, I'm wondering if they lost your order completely. I think I already told you, but I got the rest of my pots. Have you tried calling them to tell them you want your money back? I'm sorry you're having such a bad time w/ all of this.

Lorry yes you should call them and email them. I just emailed them again the other day and asked if they were still in business for orders they said yes.

Thanks Ali, but I don't want to be a pest, I can skip a month on the bingo, that's ok.
