'Molly Schroeder' Rochs!

Elburn, IL(Zone 5a)

This is Viburnum plicatum tomentosum 'Molly Schroeder', which opens pink, and stays pink. This is a little one, but I hope it keeps the same characteristics as it gets larger.

Does it set fruit, and if it does, do you have another variety nearby?
I am looking for a viburnum plicatum that will fruit all by itself.

Kevin, that is beautiful. Keep me posted on this one. I might need it.

Christie--too small to set fruit, but it flowers like mad. I saw your other thread(good info there)--you won't get great fruiting without two of them. Are these plants suited for Zone 9b? They HATE heat and dryness.

Scott--will do--it's visible from my office window, below my old Saucer Magnolia.

You've been there, Scott. The weiner dog posse gets distracted at the drop of, say, a weiner.

Wear your deerprint boots; the Molly Schroeder is yours and none the wiser.
