Is there something wrong with this plant?

Tucson, AZ(Zone 10b)

I started these Ipomoea Nil 'Chocolate' and Ipomoea alba plants from seed in early March and transplanted them to their present containers in the first week of April. The Ipomoea Nil plant is the one with pink flowers at the right front and back left of the pot. I was very happy with them until now, especially when the Chocolate morning glory started blooming about a week ago. However, now I am worried about the very light green color of the newer leaves at the top of the plant. Since the veins in these light green leaves are a darker green, I assumed it was Iron deficiency and fed them Sunday with an Iron and Zinc liquid supplement. However, I'm not seeing any change in the color and have noticed that other Ipomoea Nil plants that I planted elsewhere also have light green new leaves. So...my question is, is this the normal Ipomoea Nil leaf color or is something awry? Any help anyone?

You can stop worrying my Chocolate did they same thing, they leaves turned that yellowish and I tought it was dying or something. It has variegated leaves and the spots should become more "visible" the more mature the plant gets
Here you have a link to a picture of how my leaves look today

Wow--your plant looks fantastic! I love variegation, was in fact disappointed that chocolate didn't have it ( I almost switched to scarlett O'Hara to get variegated leaves but decided that scarlett's blooms were too bold for my little patio). However, your picture of Chocolate is the only one in DG which shows the variegation...I wonder if it is a new strain of Chocolate. Well I will just hope that my Chocolate grows up to look like yours.

Thanks

Heidi
