I have noticed lots of photos online of tulip poplar leaves that have pointed lobes, like the ones in Decumbent's pictures. All of them in my area have more rounded lobes. Could this be a regional difference?

I once saw a cultivar in Germany that has such leaves, but I can't recall the name.

Almost all of the ones growing wild around here have the rounded edges. The leaf I posted was off of a stump sprout but all of them pretty much look like that.

Yes, they're rounded like that in the far southeastern US (and even more so in Florida)
