Well the TB irises (450) are in full bloom and if anyone wants to come and see my garden, let me know and I'll post directions.
It's in Chino and I'm trying to get a little tour going on this coming Saturday the 6th of May...all are welcome!

I'd love to have come, but I missed the message till now, and my time-machine is in my Sunday pants, long-lost at the cleaners, alas! We were already up to our eyebrows with the busy-ness of an early May Saturday down here in Redwood City, though, too.

I would adore to see pictures if you have a camera!

RuTemple, I lived in Redwood City for many years--on Quartz St. You really do have the perfect weather for gardening. Is the sign still in town that says--- climate best by government test? I always got a kick out of that. There was a restaurant in Omaha Neb that said Beef best by government test.The owner visited RC a copied the logo.
