Hi all,
Can morning glories be grown as a groundcover? Which varieties would work best?
They are beautiful flowers, but I'm afraid they will strangle my other plants.
Morning Glories as groundcover
Lmdobbs - Hi(!)...You didn't mention just how much ground you want to cover, but any of the types that are upright in form, trailers or semi-trailers will not 'strangle' any plants...Evolvulus species,Ipomoea batatas,Ipomoea leptophylla, Ipomoea nil dwarf varieties, Ipomoea pes-caprae and Convolvuls tricolor are some that would fit the bill ...
TTY,...
Ron
