I am just a ways north of you up in the Great Pacific NorthWet. Growing HOT peppers here is next to impossible absent a full greenhouse, and lots of expense. If you want to grow hot peppers, why not just construct a mini greenhouse, I bet you could do it for under $50 in materials.
