Creeping Phlox. It's great stuff, I agree. Have it surrounding a Picea glauca 'Pendula' with several cultivars of which I have no idea. My blue like above is blooming but the other (maybe 'Cotton Candy') hasn't started blooming yet. I'll post a photo soon.
