Can't remember who was looking, and this is probably not news to whomever it was, but I did notice that Rainbow Violets has a good many Storytellas, http://rainbowviolets.com/index.html they are all $10.00, that seems a bit high but what do I know. They sure are cute little buggers.
Who was looking for Storytella AVs
Lorry was. I think she bought one of each that Rainbows has. But I think they went up sense she bought them. I guess like everything else.
I see her Fantasy flowers are $8.00 that's a little high too. ?? Do you think ? I know she ships strated plants and shows pictures examples of the size on her auctions maybe web sight too I don't know .

I noticed somebody selling space babys for 25.00 & I also saw them at Lowe's for 10.00- I didn't buy them, the plants just didn't look that good.
I just had to toss a NOID that I had- one of the Pathos that I bought at a big deal nursery here, that sells Optima NOIDS, one of which I also bought but this plant was not effected- anyway I had noticed that the Pathos was doing poorly and I thought I'd over watered, so I took it outside for some son, gave it some good fertilizer w/ hydrogen peroxide, the plant was doing better then after a few days I noticed some mealy bugs so I sprayed w/ Neem oil and gave it a dose of Bayer Rose & Flower, kept it outside, trimmed plant, carefully checked and took care of stragglers w/ alcohol on a q-tip, reprayed w/ Neem oil and brought it in a few weeks ago. I'd had a couple of AVs sitting next to it on the table but none looked bad. I'd also given my AVs Bayer Rose & Flower at the same time. Last week I noticed the one NOID looked strange, very floppy w/ some whitish discoloration on new leaves- it looked like I'd really overwatered, but new I hadn't. Anyway I took a serious look at it today and leaves were mushy at the bases and I did see a few mealy bugs. Since it was a NOID that I wasn't in love w/ I put it in a plastic bag, tied it up and took it out to the trash. I looked closely at all other AVs in the room and they look fine- in fact just Friday I had Neemed them all and they all look WOW! I have one varigated NOID and boy did the Neem make the varigation POP! That was a long story, lucky for me that is the only insect infestation that I have had inside in many, many years.

Oh thank you, I would love them. I am good at getting leaves to root and make babies, just having a bit of trouble getting them to bloom, :-)) I think I have a couple of special babies for you, or at least will soon, with any luck.

I wrote a thread on minis long time back .
Well miniatures need less watering but more often. They will not forgive you if you let them go dry like a cactus. They grow in pots 2 inch to 2.50 the largest.
Most will not sucker is not allowed to dry out and re-potted every 4-6 months, Don't let them stand in water ot get too wet .
They do well under lights very close 12 plus hours each day and they do well for me on the windowsills.
Give them the same air ciculation and humidity of other plants. I have all mine wicked but they do best when I just give them enough to drink at the time. Some of mine are in containers , cups, cute tea pots and so on but I just pour small amount in at a time. I always keep an eye on that they don't get too wet or too dry.

Storytella babies are growing right along ! I noticed watering a few pots have two plants in each one ! I will separate if I can get the chance if not you may get two plants and you can do so :)) HE He ! But their doing good and cute and I am please I will have a set of the ones I have to share with you April...and if I have any Jill did not get from Lorry that she'd like I can share with Lorry, a set for me :)) And I may have extras in the end to share with other. :))

Allison, interesting information. I looked at Germania seed and there is one of their "affiliates" in Washington state that lists as one of it's products Storytella; however, nothing in their availability is AV or gesnariad- I requested a catalogue none the less and we will see.

The Storytella babies are coming along real great. Little Angel and TINY Tim , Heidi , Rip Van Winkle I shall be able to share these with a few people ! And set for myself as their doing well. But Little Match Girl slower growing for me I will just have for you and I.
Today I have been trans-planting plants..oh my I have zillions more babies and no space even after sending out 600 hundred plus babies. lol
I took my Birthday Annabelle and trans-planted her. Their soil is too heavy for me. I took three large nice size suckers off and one tiny on. And put 5 leaf cups down ! Eunice had first dibs on a baby if she did not get herself one. They are big too and should be rooted and growing in a couple weeks ! It's a great deal concidering she sells on Special for $12.99 and a set of leaves cost $ 8.00. She is well worth it. I also have 8-10 other leaves of her down with babies coming up on some ! So I will be having Annabelles for adoption and might just keep a few. I'd love a home of blooming Annabelles !
I also trans-planting my Angel Tears Trail ~ Well she was in a 5 inch oan pot ..but so large. She really needs a 8 inch pan pot . I will order one. But I put her into 5 inch azeala the largest I have. And I mean this plant is large. I also cut 4 large crowns off . they each went into their own 3 inch pots. And I put 12 leaf pots down. I will lots of Ange; Tears Trail for adoption ! She's a great growing Vintage trailer. I am glad I have her I don't think anyone sells her anymore.
I transplanted a bunch of Mom's with babues to. And some of my large plants trying to get them all done. will never finish in this life time trans-planting babies. The more I share the more Gods grows.
