Here's a Picotee Pink Dwarf (seeds from MMS) that I at first thought had a very strange looking hypocotyl.

On the day of the photo I realized what was going on and fixed it.

A few days later and it is doing better than I'd expect.
The cotyledons were probably trapped in the seed coat for too long but it will live.
