Is it just me or did I miss something? Does anyone know who the killer was, and what was wrong with Jack Nicholson at the end of the movie? If you have a answer...please give me a clue.

I had to re-watch the movie to get it. That will teach me to not to try and watch a movie while dozing. I love Jack Nicholson but he is out to lunch in this one, as Zanny would say pheeewwww!feeewww! lol
