Helleri Holly Ilex prop question

I love helleri holly, they're wonderful! the only thing is... they're hard to find, I can't hardly find them anywhere, I've even looked wholesale and can't find a reliable source. So... do any of you have an idea of how to propagate helleri holly?

I did a quick look on the net & found a Lowe's (yup) information page on it, so maybe you can check with your local Lowe's, if they are in your area:

they are in my area, And they didn't have it this year, of course this year is just ramping up so maybe later on.
