This morning I was riding by the peach orchard that my father who is now deceased owned while I was growing up. The few trees that have survived over the years are now in full bloom. I am thinking of trying to propagate a few for my yard.
Does anyone have experience or knowledge of how to do this, or can direct me to a website that might tell me the best way? Thank you in advance.

I have a book published by the American Horticultural Society about plant propagation. For fruit trees, they explain taking cuttings, sowing seeds, grafting, and layering. I don't know if they have this info on their web site, but you could try the library for the book?
Thanks tootsiepops. I have done some reading and pretty much decided that trying to start something from dadd's trees is gonna be pretty complicated. I am either going to just take a picture of the tree in bloom or plant a new one from a nursery.
