uploaded image accepted but missing

Good morning,
A few days ago I submitted an image for Anisacanthus thurberi, the image appears as a thumbnail on my pages and in a PF search but not at the actual detail page. I waited several days to report this just in case it was a temporary glitch. I hit refresh & cleared my cache -

must be Gremlins Terry. I went to that page just before I posted the message and then right after, no photo. It is there now. Thanks for looking.
