After waiting 5 years, I finally got one of these plants from Wayside. While they sent some general instructions, there was no mention of fertilizer. What kind and how much /often is what I am looking for. Can anyone help?

I would recommend going to the Espoma website and looking at Holly-tone. It's the only fertilizer I have ever used for evergreens other than composted manure. It is highly recommended by the local radio garden personalities.

Johnston County about midway on I-95 through the state- not far from Raleigh.
Ah, I am a planting zone away, up in the mountains, near Brevard. We were in 6, but probably in 7a now. Global warming.
