Gardener's Supply currently has an offer for free shipping. I used it to place an order this a.m. and it saved me $13 in shipping. I received the offer via email. First you have to answer a short survey about gardening. I'm not sure if this offer is readily available on the website; you might have to sign up to receive their emails to receive the offer

I get emails from them regularly; this offer was in the most recent.

I also got and used an offer from Gardens Alive; this one came on a catalogue via U.S. Mail. It was for $25 off any size order. I used that one today. I can always use garden stuff!
