Baked Salmon Recipe Wanted

As an older bachelor, I’m, not too handy in the kitchen but I’ll be getting a hankering for baked Salmon steaks or fillets as soon as the wild fresh caught NW deliveries begin.

I’d love a good but simple recipe that is idiot proof that someone like me can pull off and enjoy (I promise to follow directions). I’ve found that just throwing it in the oven at 350°F for 10 or 20 minutes doesn’t quite make it table grade. Who knows, I might even try marinating if that’s what it takes.
