Liquidambar styraciflua ‘Oconee’

Lombard, IL(Zone 5b)

I was wondering if anyone has this little tree cause I finally found a place that carries it and was wondering what people think about it. Not much info that I can find on this cultivar (except it is like Gumball but hardier), so if anyone has any, please share. Also, how do Liquidambars transplant, as I would probably like to move it in 3-4 years once my neighbor's dead poplars all fall down?

I'm a little disappointed in my "Gumball." The main issue is a lack of fall color. Inexcusable, in my opinion, for a sweetgum cultivar.

I guess the only other thing I read about Oconee is that it has better fall color than gumball.

I had a Liquidambar in Seattle and it got a little sun in the afternoon directly otherwise it was in filtered sun. It did great in acidic poor soil. I planted it for the red fall color and I was glad I did. I ought a burlap 1 1/2 tree and it took off fine.
