Speaking of good vibrations (memories of Beach Boys :) - Dave, I never answered you on the music question - YES, YES, YES re: Bonnie Raitt :) That's why I thought you might like Susan Tedeschi - I like to think of her as a cross of Janis Joplin and Bonnie, but alot tamer than Janis :)
I didn't have time to check it out, but I think my memory serves me right - she's a native of Norwood, MA. She's married to Derek Trucks (Derek Trucks Band) - I think the nephew of Butch??? Trucks of THE Allman Brothers. We saw Derek when he was in town a couple of years ago and Susan was with him but she stayed on the "bus" during the concert with their new baby - I was hoping that she would come out and give the crowd a treat, but motherly duties took precedence :) You can find out more about her here: http://www.susantedeschi.com/. Deb, She sounds great! I think I've seen one of her CDs once. I will check further. Did you hear BB's 80th birthday CD. How cool is that to still be that relevant in music at 80.
