There's 2 plants down the street in a park bed that have survived the past 3 winters. I'm convinced they do ok here. Anyone have experience growing it from seed or cutting? I remember seeing this one in San Diego with large orange blooms so I'm hoping it will bloom here.
They can't make it here with us, but I have seen some impressive ones surviving pretty harsh conditions in Spain and China.
