I collected a small cup of the "olives" from Cordia boissieri, which were ripe enough that they had fallen to the ground. What's my next move for trying to start seedlings? Plant the whole olive or extract & plant just the seeds? Scarify, boiling water treatment, or..? Anyone ever started on of these successfully?

Hello,

Thanks Fraxinus, that helps. I'll need to find a heat source - wish I had a mother hen to sit on these little "eggs."
I have these trees in my yard. If I want the seeds to come up I squish them into the soil and keep moist. They grow pretty fast once they germinate.
