I tried everything to control these critters and finally started using this. (Fungus Gnats and Fruit flies) http://www.blackflag.com/products/mosquito_fly_killer.php
It has worked great for me, so I thought I would pass on this information and get a little feedback from everyone out there.
I have sprayed it directly on some plants with no ill effects.
With New Sticky traps, I have had no new gnats after two applications, a week apart.
Thought I would let someone else try it and report their findings.
At less then $2.00 a can it is a bargain deal for me. LOL
Like all products in the chemical line, treat it with caution.
Don't stay in the room until it does its thing.
I still use H020 to water with and the sticky strips. (window sticky strips from walmart on yellow cards)
