CLOSED: Have lots of seeds
Hiya Calalily,
I've got a crud load of Salvia farinacea 'Blue Bedder' which will probably behave like a perennial or reseed for you. Are you interested?
best always,
don
Cala--
I have blue salvias...do you happen to have any white TX star hibiscus? If not, I'll just send them to you--I don't plan to use them this year--Dmail me.
Don, yes, those sounds pretty!
DMJ, you have mail.
Done, I'll send them out on Monday.
best,
don
Thanks! did you want any seeds in return, or postage?
Hi Cala! Did I ever send you a SASBE from your other thread? It's like a circus around here, and I just can't remember if I did or not.
Thanks for being patient with me and my feeble mind!
Raingazer, I don't remember sending them, but my memory is terrible! They should arrive by the first of the week at the latest. I tried to remember to email the recipients, but may have missed some. Let me know if they don't arrive.
I always forgive people for memory lapses, lol. I have the worst memory of all! I have done better this time than before. As soon as I get the mail I open it, pack the sase, put it back in the box! (which reminds me, I need to mail postage to Pam, I need a 2 cent stamp which I keep forgetting to buy) I think I'll just stick two stamps on it and be done! I hate it when they change the postage rate!
LOL I'm so glad someone else can sympathize with me! I have the best intentions and the worst memory. Those two just don't go together. I probably didn't send it. I'll get one ready for you, and if I don't get anything from you on Monday, I'll send it out. I believe vines are what I had requested. Whatever you have enough of to spare I'll be most thrilled with, except hyacinth bean. I have that, so save those for someone who doesn't. :o)
Thanks a bunch!
hiya Calalily,
I'd be interested in the Aristolochia and will gladly accept anything you think might be interesting to me. I think we're about five to six weeks away on your second load of half-hardy and subtropical Salvias. I'll give you a buzz just before sending.
best to you always,
don
Yippee!!! Can you believe Indigo Spires is still blooming and I haven't killed it??? It likes Texas!
I will fix you up a package of seeds and send them out Monday.
I need to get busy starting cuttings pretty soon, spring is on its way.
Hi, Calalily.
I do have some of the seeds you are looking for:
Wine Cups
Chocolate daisy
Night Phlox
Cestrum nocturnum (not sure if this is the one you are looking for)
Do you still have any of the following?
Jatropha integrima
Solanum seaforthianum
Aristolochia elegans
Jasmine molle
:) Donna
Donna I would love to trade. I will get yours out Monday.
I have Cestrum nocturnum, the one I want is diurnum, it smells good in the daytime. I would love to have the other three though!
Hi Calalily!
I also have Chocolate daisy and Night Phlox or I have a trade list.
I would like your Pandorea jasminoides and Jasmine molle. JLMK!
Thanks
Caren

hiya Calalily,
Great news about Indigo Spires. Mine get pruned to the ground next week for spring and summer bloom. They get a little ratty for me by this time of year so I just slash them and they're back in no time.
Thanks so much,
don
Great! Is there anything else I can send you since I don't have the cestrum? I will also send on Monday.
:) Donna
Caren, I have more Jasmine molle drying, the berries are the size of blueberries and kind of fleshy but dry pretty fast. There are probably a hundred berries on it in different stages of ripeness. I would love to see your trade list. I used a lot of pink in the brug crosses.
Don, I also have salvia gregii that is blooming. I'm getting better. I have earthworms now, big fat earthworms and baby earthworms. My soil is on the mend!
Donna, no need to send anything else.
Oh My, I would like some of all you are offering. Please. Can I send SASBE or is there something you would like from my list?
Vicki
Woohoo for the wigglers! and for S. greggii. You're going to love that red color.
Did I already send you seed from Turbina corymbosa? If not I'll include some. It's a fun one and will fill a trellis in a single season with the coolest white flowers. It's also known in it's habitat and by the Mayans as Tulipan.
congrats on your soil!
best,
don
Vicki, sending D-mail
Don, I saw a picture of the white vine, I think you posted it on DG didn't you? It is a pretty vine.
That's the one! I'll include some seed from it.
best,
don

LOl Gourd, I answered your email before I came here.
I am interested in your salmon 4 o clock and the blue potato vine.
I have some light yellow jasmine scented 4 o clocks that are different in growth ( more open branched) than the regular ones. Not sure what the latin name is.
I have purple perilla and a few different kinds of Morning glory seed I can share also.
Let me know if you are interested and my address is in the exchange.
What is the postage on Bubble envelopes now that the postage has increased?
Windy, I would LOVE the pale yellow 4 o'clocks. I will send you salmon 4 o'clokcs and blue potato vine. I think postage went to 53 cents for bubble envelope.
I would love some of the blue potatoe vine, Pavonia lasiopetala, Hibiscus acetosella, leonotis, Tacoma stans, and the jasmine if you still have those...please let me know...I will send postage if that works for you. I have a cazillion seed, but do not see any listed that I have...thanks!
Janet
If you get this before you mail out would you have any extra potato vine? Never tried this either and it's so pretty, or I could send you a sabe if you've already sent out, or you can check my trade list out again lol
Lots of choices here lol A lot of people like this one u may not have any left?
Thanks,
Lea
Janet, I will have more jasmine, the big berry thingies are drying. They're like blueberries and take a while to dry. The plant is loaded with more seeds, I'm picking them as fast as they turn purple.
LeBug, didn't get your envelope out this morning. DG was down and I was waiting for your D-mail since I forgot what you wanted!(if I had a few more brain cells would I remember more? I doubt it, lol)
Do you want me to go ahead and send the postage? How much would you need and do you need a bubble envelope as well? Just let me know and I will get them out...or if you have other seed you may want let me know and I will check my evergrowing supply!
Thanks!
Janet
Janet, yes go ahead and send the postage and hopefully they will be dry enough to send by then. If you have a bubble envelope that would be good.
I can't think of any more seed I need, I was cleaning up and organizing my seeds and I'm going to have to dig another garden to have room if they all come up and grow!
I think postage for a bubble envelope with seeds is 53 cents. Everytime they change the postage, it takes me six months to figure it all out!
Does anyone know if I can squish off the pulp from jasmine seeds to make them dry faster?
Thanks, I will get them in the mail for you. Edited to say the address is also in the exchange and I will get yours from there also.

Susie,
I would like to have some blue potato vine seed and some pandorea jasminoides seed if you have any left. I have sent you a DMail in regards to trade.
Will get that out in the mail tomorrow...already ran today. Thanks so much!
Janet
I just wanted to add, I don't mind drying the seed myself if that will help you out...just a thought...thanks again!
Busybee, I got your mail!
JanetS, I will send them then. If you see purple all over the envelope, it's jasmine seed juice!
