I've started searching to see if Peace Lily can be propagated by leaf cuttings. In my search I found this material and thought others might find it interesting.

By the way - if anyone has successfully propagated Peace Lilies in this way, please let me know. Thanks!

I don't think that they can be prop'd by leaf cutting but I believe they can by stem cutting on a larger/older plant. I'd think air-layering it might even work better.
