well, for the winter, they don't want much watering and in the summer, I installed an overhead water system in the eaves of the greenhouse. it's on a timer so they get water twice a day (we get to 108 in the summer, with no rain for 5 months) I do a lot of hand watering. It's my medetation.
It is a full time job though, so it's hard to get out of town.
