Two months ago I decided no more alcohol (well other than than Nyquil lol!)

Last week I decided no more smoking. New Year's Eve is when I stopped. Original date to pick I know... I bought Nicotine patches which have kept me from snapping at my family pretty well.

One thing I told myself is if I slip and cheat - ONE cigarette does not mean failure!

Once I stop coughing up my lungs I'm going to start running, etc again. I can't wait!! Neither can my dogs!
