when do you plant the seeds? Do you just dig a hole and throw them in or soak them in water for awhile first? will they grow anywhere? and do they bloom year round?

soak the seeds 24 hours in warm water. They are an annual, can't take the freezing. Mine are growing in poor soil, full sun.
