Hi All:
I recently moved 2 Leland Cypress trees from one location on my property. The trees seem to be doing fine.
My problen is that one of the trees was in a bad location and one side is not as full as the other. The back side was nestled against a stand of very large pines and it didn't "flesh" out the way it should.
Now that it's getting full sun all around will it grow out properly or do I need to be doing something?
Thanks
Shaping a Leland Cypress
BronxBoy, once it adjusts to its new site with full sun, you'll probably see new growth on the "bare" side. But if you don't, they're tough plants and are amazingly fast growers which can easily be pruned to promote the new growth.
Thank you.
