Favorite (ready made) pie crust or homemade?

Newark, OH(Zone 5b)

I have my pumpkin and sweet potatoes cooked and ready to go for pies. I don't have a whole lot of room in our kitchen to roll out dough, so I'm thinking what is to some of ya the unthinkable: ready-made crusts.

What are your favorites in that category? Which are the flakiest when baked?

If I do make my own, what are your favorite crust recipes and methods of making them?
