WOW it's hard to say. It could be an Ultra Violet or Optimara they both have a lot of girl leaf plants. And blossoms are hard to say until fully open . Maybe when it is we can get a better idea !

I have a few Sassy Shell girl foliage plants up for grabs....
I grew a Simplicity ...girl foliage by leaf took forever and a day... it's small over a year. lol As soon as it's a bit larger I will be putting her girl foliage leaves down to share !She's a small Semi-mini almsot vintage girl foliage !
Same with My Sue Semi-mini trailer I thought I had two ? But I know I have one small one ...

Woohooo! If it has girl foliage, you know it's on my wish list! I love the leaves on my 'Biscayne Trail'.... and the new crowns are coming in with pink & cream variegation!

Picasso almost a Vintagage. A large growing beauty you always seeing as a winner at the shows ! All girls and Minis for me too ! I have a couple Music Box Dancer's :))
I think I have some of all my minis down but going to reinventory this weekend to make sure.
I think I sent you some of the minis this week *hopefully you will get the package tomorrow and hopefully I packed them out* I am very nervous that they all survive my packing job!
OK, please put my name on 'Music Box Dancer', Lorry, and Allision can take it off my list.... I think I've asked her for even more varieties than I've asked you for! I am going to have to sit down soon and take a good look at all my wish lists for spring, maybe *sob* try to pare them back a little because I will not have enough space for all, even if I had 2 new plant stands! :-)
Do you have windows ? I love growing my plants in windows ! All tables by windows and window shelves are pretty with plants ! They grow so great there !
Then there is always sharing them with others who don't have any, ... So far I sent five large boxes out.
I get the joy of being able to have the fun and enjoyment of growing them by leaf and sharing as there are always people who would love an African violet ! I donate them too ! I told you I donated 30 plants, pots, and soil to a group of low income kids in Ohio last summer , Salvation Army's Day camp for their garden week. All ages enjoyed them , all the way up to High School. I had put plants aside so they'd be larger . They needed something that they could see results fast. I sent pots 30 green and 30 white the kids painted them I wanted them to have a choice., They said they had pots donated to them from a Nursery but I thought maybe they might be wrong size for Av's. I was asked for soil-lees mix and sent this also !
I know Nursing home, Salvation Army , friend, neighbor, family , and more love to get African violets ! Always an idea !

I agree Allison! My company is thinking about making little pots to sell..I work with the mentally challenged...So I may be starting something like that up!

I have two chairs and one rocker that holds a mini pot ! I love them !

That's so sweet Lorry. African violets are amazing treasures gift ...so easy to grow them by leaf each little leaf giving us several little babies !
If someone has not grown by leaf they should try it just once ! There is so much you can do with the extas !
I put down leaves from all my plants ! I may not have room for that new baby but someone else will enjoy it and I will enjoy growing it !
Then after Spring trades/secret swaps come Fall :))

It's not blooming (in fact, it's looking rather droopy...probably needs re-potting) but if I recall correctly, the blooms were a single pink.

Lorry, have you thought about having the peeps you work with making AV cuttings for a plant sale? I used to do it at work and every 4 months we had a plant sale. We had seedlings and cuttings put on a big table and visitors as well as staff were welcome to come and buy. It was a success. Avs are so easy to grow by leaves and I bet your peeps would love to grow their own. You can show the pictures of what the flowers will look like and they will get so excited about it.

Lorry, she's already on your list! I added all my girl leafed ones to your list a while back... You said you got a 'Silly Girl', so I took that one off again. I should have for you: 'Cambridge Missy', 'Madeleine', 'Peppermint Girl', "Rosie Girl" noid, and 'Cloud Puff'. 'Biscayne Trail' and 'Sure to Please' plantlets are growing slowly, so they may be a "send later," and I haven't had luck yet propagating 'Kingwood Blue' and 'Rob's Ragamuffin' (I do have ears now on a 'Kingwood Blue' leaf).
Whoops, just checked your "have" list... guess I should also take 'Cloud Puff' off your wish list. I took 'Apache Victory' off your wish list also.... these "have" lists are handy! I also have 'Baby Jay', whose foliage looks like girl foliage but without the scallopped edge... Leaf babies are growing extremely slowly, but my main plant just put out a bunch of big suckers, so I may be able to send you a sucker this spring or a bigger plantlet later on.
