I thought I would start a fun thread regarding what foods "your" family has "decided" goes with what. For example, we all know that corned beef goes with cabbage. My family has decided that if I'm fixing salmon patties I "have" to fix green peas and mashed potatoes, or it isn't a "meal". Does anyone else's family go in that direction? (PS Last night I didn't think we had the peas and I wanted to fix green beans. I was almost ostrasized. lol)
