These tiny morning glories grows here on a fenceline here at my job...Does anybody know what it is? Look at the size of it compared to the dime I am holding...Sorry my pic is kinda fuzzy..

Moodene - It looks like you have Ipomoea hederacea var.integriuscula aka "Entire Leaf Morning Glory" as the leaves are whole and heart shaped,but the sepals visible in the photo you posted look unusual in that two look thin and somewhat elongated,and another looks wide like I.purpurea...also Ipomoea hederacea sepals curl outward away from the center and yours seem to be curving inward towards the flower...
I have Ipomoea hederacea var.integriuscula that I collected here in New Jersey and I have some from New Mexico...and the sepals look just like the type species...
If you have the oppurtunity to post any other clear closeups of the sepals,that would be helpful...take a look at the pods posted of Ipomoea hederacea here

Okay, I will take more pics of the flower first thing Monday morning when I go back to work...hopefully clear pics..lol...
