Correctly writing latin names (binomial nomenclature) Help!

Saint Louis, MO

Hi, I am baffled by how to correctly write the Latin name for plants. For example: Peony 'Krinkled White'. If I wanted to list this flower like this:
Family: Paeoniaceae
Genus: Paeonia
Species: lactiflora
Cultivar: Krinkled White

would I need to put the species and Genus in Italics? Or would they remain in regular font? Would species remain lowercase even though it's not listed with the Genus?
Also, when listing a flowers name including cultivar such as, Peony 'Krinkled White', would you put the cultivar in single quotes? Or no quotes?
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks

The system will take care of adding italics and single quote marks, so the way you have it shown above is exactly how you would enter it in each field.

However, that entry is already in PlantFiles: http://davesgarden.com/pf/go/38346/index.html
