I think next year I am going to try pinching this one back. This year, it has gotten to be about 10 feet tall. II cant even enjoy the blooms because they are all way up there.

I think about 115 feet tall. My ipomoea carnea/fistulosa has to be at least 10 feet tall and perhaps taller. Next year I will try pinching it and see if I can make it bushier and shorter so I can enjoy the blooms. Last year it didnt get as tall. I died down for the winter and then came back taller than ever.

Oooops, yea, 15 feet. Mine dies down to the ground but then comes back in the spring. Anyhow, the flowers are very pretty and last all day. I would really like to enjoy them closer to the ground.

You should have gotten your ladder out...lol. They are so pretty! I was hoping to see the blooms on mine but I had to move it into the house before I lost it and then all the buds fell off.
