He is now a great goat herder. I see him just about every day.

is he your dog? and does he stay out in the pastures to guard the goats?

Our neighbors that raise goats bought him when he was a pup, to guard their goats. Their son took him into his bed the first night they had him and then he would have nothing to do with goats, prefering human company.


They then gave him to us and we raised him. After he was grown, he got the wonderlust for a few weeks. Then he came back and moved in with the same goats he had rejected earlier. He grew up.

what a neat story. so in the end, i guess he knows what he was raised for and decided to give it a shot. cool, thanks,debi

Poor little blue doggie.
No one would do that to Boo. He is a very big and strong dog. Four people couldn't get him in a pet pack to evacuate Rita. He stayed and challenged the storm, as he always does.
