I have an embarassing confession to make....
Last June I had a stroke. It has done a number on my memory. I have to leave myself notes for everything...and some days I have trouble remembering where I left the notes.
This is the reason I have started listing my seeds one type at a time. I did not want to write this...but I knew that some folks who asked for more than 1 or 2 packs would eventually ask about waiting to save on postage stamps. And believe me I totally understand that...but there is a chance I might mess up on the seeds. My husband has been on me for a few days to write this to explain WHY I have been listing this way.
Like I said it is embarassing to me, and I don't want folks to think I am some kind of nut case.(Even though I guess I am...lol)
But this is the reason I have been listing one at a time. I hope you can understand.

I can and will do whatever is the best way for you! I have Fibromylgia, and I was afraid I'd mess it up on my end. I purchase 4 five subject notebooks each fall when the school supplies go on sale. I use at least one of them everyday to try to keep my life on track due to the "Fibro Fog".

So just LMK which way you prefer, seperate or together with a list enclosed. TOTALLY up to you.

A month or so ago I listed a bunch of seeds, and I made such a mess of things on some of them. I was so embarassed, and I went in the hole so bad trying to correct mistakes. So I thought this might be the way to go. That is also the reason, when someone requests seeds...I fill out the envies right away, and ship them. Then when I open my mail...I do it right here at the computer so I can mark them completed right away...or I will mess it all up again, and I hate doing that!!
You know getting old STINKS!!!
I am very sorry to hear you go thru the same type of things!! Some days it gets so darn frustrating...but then I have to take a deep breath and Thanks the Big Guy Up Above....at least I am still here!!! And only a chunk of my memory is messed up!!

Blckwolf, I am so glad you told me about your memory problem becouse I have ADD., Fibor Fog and dyslectic. I had to look up you name twice trying to remember it. So the way you do it is wonderful for me. I still have to write it down so I will remember what I order. I think you are very brave to do this and I thank you very much. Blckwolf, I do not know what I would do with out my garden. I am free to wonder around and just do what ever I see at the moment. I start one thing and I see something else and go to it and have forgotten what I was doing in the first place But no one knows so I do not have to explain to anyone why I left the first one and did not finish it. The garden is my free and safe place from the world. Then when it is time to go out into the world again I am ready. I have a lot more days I can live with it now and be at peace.
Now that I know you better the seed will be very special and when I see them growing I will always think of you.

blckwolf, I just wanted to say I sympathize completely and thank you for sharing your seeds. My husband was hit by a drunk driver while on his motorcycle a few years ago, suffered some brain damage, and now has short term memory loss. He, too tried the post it note method, but couldn't ever remember where he put the post it notes. He, too is really self conscious about it and hesitates to tell people about it for fear of embarassment. I know first hand that it really can be a challenge. Despite his condition I thank God every day for my husband, and I thank you for sharing your seeds with me!

Blckwofe, you will never know how much I loved your wedding picture. Could I ask you why you were married in a tree. I wish i could have been their. That what I would have loved but to much of a chicken. You can handle any thing life hands out because you are free. I would have just fallen out on my head.

Joan... We got married in a tree, because it was so much cheaper...LOL I had heard of other folks getting married with a huge church wedding and how much it cost. We were trying to build a house, so I told my husband we needed to get married in his tree hunting stand. He was thrilled!! I am not much for dressing up or all the Prim and Proper type stuff.
We requested that folks wear camo or overalls and to meet us in the woods. For our wedding presents, we requested 2 x 4's. So we could build our house. And that is exactly what we got!! It was wonderful!! We received enough 2 x 4's to frame up our house! Honestly!! Everyone who attended said it was the best wedding they had ever attended!! LOL OH..and a Birmingham Country radio station caught wind of it and played...**COUNTRY BOYS AND GIRLS GETTIN DOWN ON THE FARM** in honor of our wedding...so we made that OUR song!!
Wish you ALL could have been there too!!!!!!

blckwolf, My husband is a Episcopal priest and we believe that The Wedding Service is a very Holy Service and when I showed him your wedding picture and what the guest brought he though it was wonderful. I know God had a great time. It is the simplicity and down to earth way you did it that is so beautiful to me. Also God made your chapel.

LOL...you have got to remember this was 12 years ago....I dont think I would trust the ladder or the tree stand these days!!LOL
It started thundering as the preacher was going up the ladder. He was afraid of heights...I was right behind him on the way up. He was so scared...I kept asking him if he was ok...he said in a shaky voice....I'm FINE...if I dont trip over this D--- dress. I almost fell off the ladder backwards. It shocked me. And I blurted out something about lightening striking us all dead. He stopped dead in his tracks, looked back at me...and gave me an evil look....then a streak of lightening flashed across the sky. That was the longest trip I have ever made up a 40 foot ladder!! LOL
The guy in the 2nd picture on the right...next to the preacher, that was my boss at the time...he decided to climb up the ladder....when he got up to the platform...he freaked out about going back down. He kept saying...it didn't look this high up from the ground. He wound up being the best man...because he was to scared to come back down. After the ceremony was over...the preacher was the FIRST one down....and Larry...my boss was the LAST one down...he crawled to the ladder backwards across the platform...and my husband helped him get to the ladder and down it.
During the ceremony... I heard a funny noise behind me.....sounded like people doing that old time music without music...you know...slapping their thighs and playing spoons....come to find out 2 of my husbands friends were standing in ANT HILLS...the slaqpping noise was these 2 guys beating ants off them...one guy even dropped his drawers to get the ants off him!!
The BEST DARN WEDDING IN THE SOUTH I TELL YA!!!!!!! LOL

You guys are crazy. I am also afraid of heights and I would never go up a 40 foot ladder in my dress. Here is a picture of me in it.

Sue, when I showed Bill the end of the story and he just kept saying 40 feet over and over. Then he laughed and laughed but it was not him going up the latter. That was the best wedding ever and I will tell that story for a long, long time and so will that preacher. I think the thunder may have been God laughing, He love us so much just the way we are.
Sue you are not the only one that gets things mixed up. I got out my little note book and carefully wrote down that I got my seeds and which ones there were and then I posted it on the wrong thread. The bad thing about it was I was so proud of my self for writing it down and doing it just right. I got the Confederate Rose not the Bee Balm.
It is a good thing we do not live to close together because we could do a lot of damage.
