Hearts and Flowers

I was at a local nursery yesterday, and saw a plant that they called Hearts and Flowers. It looked to be an iceplant of some sort. I was really short on time, and couldn't get someone to come help me, and so last night, I searched DG for that plant. I haven't come up with anything here, or on the web. Might it be called something else? Reason I'd like to know, is I want to know if it is going to grow well here, or if this is even the best time to plant it. I would like it as a ground cover.

Maybe calling them up and asking the sales people there to give you the name. You never know, they may have the botanical name for you.
