For a reported umpteen number of folks .. some may feel that it's somewhat inappropriate, and slightly dismal to dangle such imperative info, in front of our faces, right now .. what with the after/wrath of Katrina and the comin' of hurry-cane Rita ... but, perhaps it's jes way over due !?!

The ol Coot and I learned the hard way, many years ago - - - to take absolutely nothin' fer granted !!

* Do yer 'in depth' homework !!

* Ask every question .. and then some ..

* Expect your questions to be addressed .. with full answers, with no hullaballoo ..

* and get any/all answers IN WRITING !! (have'em to splain it twice, if need be) !

* If it's too much bother fer'em .. then, jes tuck yer check book deeper ! ..

* If you're asked to put your audio recorder away - get yerself moved on down the road, ASAP !!
The representative/agent is shallow, and the firms' roots are rotten !!
