Help with Identification
In order of most likely:
willow oak
shingle oak
Chestnut oak
Turkey oak
Canyon/Maul oak
Check out this site International Oak Society

Perhaps it is a Quercus suber(Cork Oak) or Quercus chrysolepis (Canyon Liveoak)? Here is a GREAT site to check out, you can search by common or botanical names. It has great pictures of trees, showing their (plant habit summer and fall), (trunk bark), (fruit) plus general information. You should be able to find a picture of your particular Oak tree there:)
