Breezy~

Culpeper ?

Wasn't that the role Spencer Tracy played in "Mad, mad, mad, mad, mad, mad (etc.) world."

Culpeper, VA(Zone 7a)

Yup - exactly!!!! One of my favorite movies. I actually got to see it at its opening run at Radio City Music Hall in NYC.

Breezy~

First time I saw it I actually strained my sides, laughing.

It's still funny.

Wonder if all the actors are all now departed.

Culpeper, VA(Zone 7a)

Actually, as a big-time old movie buff, off the top of my head I can tell you that Sid Caesar, Mickey Rooney, Jonathan Winters, Edie Adams, Dorothy Provine, Peter Falk, & Jerry Lewis (who just had a quick cameo) are all currently alive & well.

Thanks. That's good. It all seems so long ago.

I haven't seen a one since I last posted here back on Oct. 7th. It's been quite cool this past week - especially at night - & except for the mums & asters, there really isn't anything much "hummer worthy" still in bloom.

Our hummers are year round residents. I put out more feeders as breeding season approaches. Most of us here in southern CA will soon be treated to there "oooh Baby" antics.

your hummer shots are spectacular

What kind of camera are you using? I just can't catch them, way too quick.
